LIVE sharing therapy

We invite you to a lecture by Ester Geislerová (author of Terapie sdílením [Therapy Through Sharing], visual artist and actress) and Honza Vojtek (psychologist, therapist and coach), which will take place on Monday, 20 October 2025, at 7 p.m. at Eurocentrum Jablonec. "Therapy Through Sharing LIVE" is a unique talk show that focuses on key relationship topics – from working with emotions and dating to the individual stages of a relationship and its end. Thanks to authentic text messages, animations and an interactive approach, it is not only educational, but also humorous and visually appealing. The audience actively participates through questions, discussions and sharing their own experiences. This makes the lecture more lively, personal and unique. The aim of "Therapy through Sharing LIVE" is to explain relationship dynamics in a simple, practical way without unnecessary heaviness. The structure of the lecture in points: Part 1: I am alone. what should I know about myself before entering into a relationship? Self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, social skills Part 2: The pitfalls of dating, the vicious circle, disinhibition, the Pygmalion effect, communication (verbal, non-verbal, paraverbal, etc.) 3.part 3: We'll be together, We're in a relationship, Symbiotic phase, Differentiation phase, Committing phase. Communication fouls, conflict doesn't have to be drama, etc. Part 4: Breakup (general recommendations) Part 5: Debate with the audience Performance length: 2 hours, debate: 30 minutes
