Full Moon meditation and deep relaxation in Taurus

On Monday 26 October at 5.12 am, we can expect a powerful Hunter’s Full Moon in the sign of Taurus. Whilst the previous period forced us to soar on airy energies and deal with relationships, earthy Taurus is now bringing us back down to earth with both feet firmly planted.

This full moon will shed light on themes such as material security, finances, our values and our relationship with our own bodies.

It is a time of abundance and of realising all that we already have.

Questions for reflection under this full moon: Do I feel safe and stable in my life? How do I look after my physical body – do I give it enough rest and good nutrition? Am I clinging to something that isn’t working simply out of fear of change and losing my comfort zone?
