Jablonec Light Railway in the news

Come and reminisce whilst taking a glimpse into history! The Tourist Information Centre, in collaboration with Boveraclub, BusLine and the Volt Brewery, has organised a unique event for Saturday 10 October to commemorate the glory days of the Jablonec narrow-gauge railway:

• Rides on a historic RTO bus along a route within the Jablonec municipal area. During the ride, Tomáš Krebs and Viktor Liška from the Boveraclub will share interesting facts with you.
• A tour of the former tram depot and garages at U Remíze
• Guided tours of the brewery’s historic cellars in Vrkoslavice. (Please note that the brewery can only be visited as part of this historic tour with a purchased ticket).

Timetable and practical information:

• Guided tours of the U Remíze garages: 9.00 am and 1.00 pm
• RTO bus departures (Pražská – site of the former tram depot): 10:00 and 14:00

Fare: 100 CZK (adults 18+) | 80 CZK (children aged 6 and over and students)

Due to limited capacity, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance online or at the Eurocentrum reception.

The event will also feature a sale of last year’s commemorative tourist postcards marking the 125th anniversary of tram transport in Jablonec, available on the spot.
