PAVEL TRÁVNÍČEK - CHRISTMAS TALK SHOW

The legendary prince from the most famous fairy tale, Three Nuts for Cinderella,will be visitingthe Jablonec Theatre in the run-up to Christmas for an informal chat. With his characteristic humour, Pavel Trávníček will recount the most significant moments of his professional career, whether in theatre or film, as well as the family background from which he comes and his theatre engagements. His life is a valuable record of the development of theatre over the last few decades. At the same time, he never ceases to entertain with his brilliant and witty stories, reminiscing about a host of acting colleagues and film professionals.

He will be accompanied by special musical guest Nikolas Put, performing songs by the ‘divine KAREL’.This talented young tenor, who shone at the Gala Concert marking the 105th anniversary of the Czechoslovak Republic, will pay tribute to Karel Gott’s musical legacy with humility and respect. His love for the songs of our Golden Nightingale will be reflected in every note sung during the evening. Although Nikolas realises that there was and always will be only one Karel Gott, his greatest wish is that Gott’s songs will continue to live on and delight their listeners.

The event will be followed by a book signing of Pavel Trávníček’s autobiography, “Three Nuts for a Prince”.
