From toxic to conscious relationships – types of emotional bonds

In this lecture, we will look at how relationship dependency arises, why we are repeatedly attracted to similar partners, and what needs to be changed in order to break out of this cycle. We will talk about the different types of emotional bonds we form with other people and why it is good to know your type of emotional attachment. And, as last time, we will discuss the differences between healthy and safe relationships and toxic ones that destroy us.
