Description of the event

Hello to all sports fans

Every Wednesday from 7:30 p.m., we have prepared a group calisthenics lesson for you, i.e., exercises using your own body weight. The event is intended for more advanced exercisers who can do at least 5 pull-ups using their own body weight. We will show you how to exercise on the workout playground and all the things you can come up with. All you need to bring is sportswear and something to drink :) I look forward to seeing you there, Tom
