Description of the event

OM Chanting (formerly Om Healing) - chanting the syllable OM together is a thousand-year-old group technique of Atma Kriya Yoga (Yoga of the Soul), which harmonises all participants (and the surrounding space) by emitting the OM vibration together. During meditation, our negative energies are transformed into positive ones. The technique works on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. It was introduced to the Western world by the yogic masters Mahavatar Babaji and Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and I personally call it an "inner shower" because of its effects. ;-)
