New yoga classes for beginners

​New yoga classes for beginners on Tuesdays, also from 7.00 pm: Yoga for Everyone –These classes are designed for anyone who is just starting out with yoga or wants to ease back into exercise gently, without any pressure to perform. The classes take place at a calm and gentle pace, with an emphasis on correct execution of the poses and body awareness. Together, we’ll start with the basics and gradually familiarise ourselves with simple asanas, breathing techniques and relaxation. The aim is to relax, calm the mind and create some space just for yourself. Yoga sequences can be tailored to your needs, taking into account your health and any physical limitations. During the classes, you’ll focus on simple yoga poses, the Sun Salutation step by step, breathing techniques and contemplative practices, including relaxation. The classes are suitable even for complete beginners, and no previous experience of yoga is required. By arrangement,you can also join other ongoing classes; sessions are available for various levels of proficiency. I offer classes in various styles of yoga – Vinyasa Flow, Fusion, classical, themed and, for example, dance-based – always tailored to the group’s needs. The classes combine breathwork, the activation of bandhas, and the development of flexibility, mobility and strength, whilst releasing tension and bringing harmony to both body and mind. Everyone will find their own path and can progress at their own pace.
