Description of the event
On Sunday 20 September at 10.00, a calisthenics session will take place with trainer Martin in Jablonec nad Nisou at the workout area by the reservoir (at David’s stall).
What is calisthenics?
Calisthenics is a form of exercise using your own body weight. Instead of dumbbells or gym machines, you use only gravity or resistance bands during your workout.
Anyone can do it, so there’s nothing to worry about.
There’s space for around 10 people. (There are still a few places left.)
