North Bohemian preliminary round of Brány

Brána is a nationwide competition showcasing both performed and original music, with no genre restrictions, for children and young people up to the age of 18. Both soloists and bands can enter.

WHAT CAN THE COMPETITION OFFER SINGERS AND MUSICIANS?

• feedback from independent experts on their vocal (and instrumental) performance,
• the chance to perform on a real stage under the spotlight,
• the chance to progress to the national final
• prizes for the final winners, e.g. in the form of vouchers for music shops, and participation in the Jizerská nota festival
• the overall winner of the final will have the chance to perform at the Porta Festival
• new friends
• the chance to take part in a music camp at the Lipnice Training Centre

Brána aims to contribute to the development of musicality and performance skills among children and young people.
