Regular yoga classes for all levels

REGULAR YOGA CLASSES IN RYCHNOV FROM SEPTEMBER

From September, regular yoga classes will continue every Tuesday and Thursday in Rychnov near Jablonec nad Nisou.

The classes are suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

You can choose the pace that suits you:

TUESDAY:

• 10:00–11:00 – gentle yoga for everyone

• 18:00–19:00 – for intermediate and beginners

• 7.00 pm–8.00 pm – for beginners

THURSDAY

• 18:00–19:00 – for beginners and intermediate practitioners

• 7.00 pm–8.00 pm – classes for the more advanced

The classes include asanas, Sun Salutations, stretching and strengthening exercises, and breathing techniques.

I also offer themed workshops and regular meditation sessions.

Regular practice promotes strength, flexibility, stability, mobility, better posture and improved breathing.
