Full Moon Meditation and Deep Relaxation (Aries)

The full moon in Aries brings with it themes of personal strength, courage, independence and healthy boundaries.

We’ll focus on releasing pent-up tension and on where we need to stand up for ourselves more.

We’ll also explore questions such as: What do I no longer want to suppress? Where do I need to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’? And where do I really want to direct my energy? Both sessions will combine meditation with deep relaxation and will be thematically based on the symbolism of the current lunar phase.

The meditation is suitable for everyone – from experienced practitioners to complete beginners.
