Yoga for calming the nervous system & awakening feminine energy A highly topical subject in today’s world. We are overworked, inundated with information and under pressure to perform. The body often remains in ‘survival’ mode – in a state of tension, stress and constant alertness.

This Saturday’s workshop will focus on deep stress relief, harmonising the hormonal system and consciously working with feminine energy.

We will work on regulating the nervous system through conscious breathing and techniques to activate the vagus nerve by releasing the pelvic area (the centre of feminine power) by opening the heart centre and by connecting breath, movement and inner calm

The aim is to shift the body from a state of tension to one of safety, regeneration and balance.

10:00–12:00 | Deep relaxation & stress management various levels of proficiency

A session focusing on: working with the breath (regulatory and calming techniques) activating the parasympathetic nervous system releasing deep tension in the body

14:00–16:00 | Pelvis, heart & feminine energy by releasing tension in the pelvic area (the centre of feminine power) by opening the heart centre by connecting breath, movement and inner calm

Suitable for all women, regardless of experience.

Price: 400 CZK per person for one session / 800 CZK for two sessions
