Open Day Lesní 27 Home for People with Disabilities

Tour of the facility and presentation of services

The “Lesní” Home provides year-round residential social care services to people whose independence is reduced due to age or disability, and whose situation requires assistance from another person.

Residents are people with intellectual disabilities classified as dependency levels I to IV, aged between 16 and 64, who do not have psychiatric conditions and do not require long-term medical care.

Our mission is to create an environment and conditions for people who are dependent on the support and care of others that resemble everyday life as closely as possible.

The service is provided in an accessible building with a residential loft. Service users are divided into two households. The furnishings of the households are tailored to the users’ needs and are selected with due regard to their wishes, capabilities and requirements. Each household comprises a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room, a bathroom and a toilet.
