We invite you to join us for a group meditation open to everyone – beginners and those with previous experience of meditation alike. The session offers an opportunity to pause for a moment, calm your mind and focus your attention on the present moment.
No previous experience of meditation is required. Please come in comfortable clothing and with an open mind.
We look forward to spending time together in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
