Rýnovice Wasting Away

For the 2026 intake, MgA. Josefína Váchová, a graduate of the Technical University of Liberec in the field of glass and jewellery design and winner of the prestigious Stanislav Libenský Prize, has been invited to participate. Another exhibitor from the same university is the teacher and sculptor, MgA. Marie Jarošincová, who will create a site-specific installation in collaboration with her students. MgA Michal Cimala, a graduate of the Metal and Jewellery Studio at UMPRUM in Prague under Prof. V. K. Novák, will present his work not only in the form of sculptures and objects but also through a light and sound performance. Mgr. Martin Gembec will be appearing as an astronomy populariser; in his short lecture, he will describe and explain the phenomena occurring in the night sky. During the event, the Church of the Holy Spirit will be open to the public, where a concert by the Cum Decore ensemble will take place; visitors will also be offered an unusual night-time view of the Preibsch family tomb in the adjacent cemetery.
