Collaborative mural creation in Jablonec

What might a mural created together with the local community look like? Come and be part of the collaborative creation of a large-scale mural in Jablonec nad Nisou, led by street artist Chemis.

During the event, children, young people and local residents will come together to create a mural based on the themes, ideas and emotions that emerged during previous workshops focusing on public space, street art and city life.

Participants will have the opportunity to: 🎨 get directly involved in painting the mural 🖌️ try out various street art techniques 💬 share their ideas and views on the city 🤝 collaborate with other participants and a professional artist 🏙️ become part of the transformation of public space in Jablonec

Chemis will guide participants through the entire process, supporting them in their creative work, spray-painting techniques and the search for a shared visual language for the mural.

The event is open to the general public, regardless of age or previous experience. The aim is not to create a perfect piece of art, but to share an experience, provide an opportunity to meet others, and create a space for active engagement with city life.

The event is part of the STAR project, which supports the involvement of children and young people facing inequality in public spaces through art, participation and community activities.
