Description of the event
Meditation sessions open to the public, focusing on working with the breath, mindfulness and gradually calming the mind. The sessions are suitable even for complete beginners. They include a brief introduction, a guided meditation and time for silent practice. A regular cycle allows you to go deeper and develop mindfulness in everyday life.
