Description of the event
Jablonec nad Nisou is not only a city of glass and costume jewellery, but also a unique open-air architectural gallery. Join us for a walk through the town centre and the urban landscape. We will explore the developmental stages of Jablonec’s Art Nouveau – from its beginnings, influenced by historicist styles, through pure Art Nouveau to its later geometric form, which reflected emerging modern trends. You will discover the beauty of the building façades that you may walk past every day without noticing.
We’ll meet on Monday 1 June at 4 pm in front of St Anne’s Church. The walk will last approximately 90 minutes.
Tickets:
Standard: 100 CZK Seniors over 65, students (only at the Eurocentrum ticket office): 70 CZK
Tickets can be purchased online via the link or at the Eurocentre reception. Advance sales close at 12 noon on the day of the event.
The guided walk is organised by the Tourist Information Centre in Jablonec nad Nisou (Kultura Jablonec, p. o.)
