SME SOCKY, HALLODRN, DOWN WITH THE KLOWN & ŠNYCL PARADAJS at Volta!

Where: Volt Brewery grounds, Jablonec nad Nisou

On Saturday 23 May, the grounds by the Jablonec dam will be treated to a proper guitar-driven blast. We’ve invited four bands who really know how to kick things into gear, and we’ll be creating just the right kind of electric atmosphere in our brewery courtyard. From melodic punk to hard crossover – this is going to be a wild ride!

Evening line-up:

17:00 | SME SOCKY (Punk-rock, Liberec)We’ll kick off the evening with a Liberec punk stalwart. No frills, just energy, melodies and lyrics straight from life that’ll get you up to speed straight away.

18:20 | HALLODRN (Village-core / Rock, Turnov)You’ve got to see this. A band from Turnov playing their own brand of “village-core”. It’s rock, it’s punk, and above all, it’s an incredible show. The lyrics comment on reality with such a sense of humour that you won’t be able to stop laughing and jumping at the same time.

19:40 | DOWN WITH THE KLOWN (Crossover / Metal)We’re going to turn it up a notch and hit you with a proper barrage of guitars. “The Klowns” play honest crossover with drive and power. The perfect moment to pair that honest riff with our honest beer.

21:00 | ŠNYCL PARADAJS (Punk-rock, Jablonec)The evening will conclude with a Jablonec legend. Šnycl Paradajs are right at home here, and their punk-rock with a touch of humour is exactly what we need for the finale. The beer will be flowing freely and the venue will be singing along with them.

Where to find us: VoltBrewery is located at Palackého 2302/28 (in that beautiful villa right by the Jablonec reservoir).

Transport:

• Jablonec public transport: ‘Jablonex’ stop (lines 101, 104, 114) – the stop is right nearby.
• From Liberec (ČSAD bus 141): The best connection is from the Fügnerova stop directly to the “Jablonex” stop.
• From Liberec (by tram): Take line 11 to the Liberecká stop; from there it’s about a 10–12-minute walk.

Beer & Food: Our Voltovské specials will beon tap, along with some proper snacks. Come early so you don’t miss dinner – the kitchen will be in full swing!
