His work is created using the classic technique of cutting and pasting from magazines. He calls his collages lepenice. They are colourful, layered and full of symbolism. He finds inspiration everywhere around him, in current world events, politics, films, books and everyday situations. Each lepenice tells its own story. Sometimes with exaggeration, sometimes poetically, sometimes slightly provocatively. But always in a distinctive and authentic way. Benja is a passionate tramp who regularly sets off on hikes. Freedom, the landscape and observing the world from a distance are strongly reflected in his work. Come and see for yourself and let yourself be drawn into the colourful world of lepenice.
