Lazer Viking

Experience first-hand the legendary unpredictability of Lazer Viking’s live performances. On Thursday 23 July from 7 pm, you can look forward to a concert full of danceable energy, distinctive melodies and lyrics that tell wistful and profound stories set to an urgent pop sound with 80s-style choruses.

The event is part of the 12th edition oftheJablonecké tónyfestival.

Lazer Viking is a project by Prague-based singer-songwriter and producer Jakub Kaifosz, who has evolved from metal through rock ’n’ roll and blues to dance and synth-based music. On the album *Tunnel Vision*, which won the Apollo Award for Album of the Year and the Anděl Award for Best Music Video, he blends raw new wave and synth-pop with heavy basslines and post-punk rhythms inspired by Italo-disco.

The concert is organised by Kultura Jablonec, p. o., with the support of the statutory city of Jablonec nad Nisou.
