A colourful showcase of health and fitness exercises for everyone who enjoys physical activity.
9:15: Start of the event
9:30 - 10:25: Rehabilitation exercises focused on back pain (stability, dynamics)
10:30- 11:30: Fitness exercises, flowin
11:30 - 12:30: Break, rest, facilities in the basement of the Sokolovna - RAM, refreshments provided)
12:30 - 13:30: Qigong, exercises with overballs, strengthening exercises
13:30 - 14:15: Strengthening, flexibility (exercises not only for seniors)
14:15 - 15:00: Judo demonstrations
