Description of the event

Regular hormone yoga exercises help establish and maintain natural hormone levels, and also rid the body of toxins and stress. When you start exercising regularly, you essentially restart your body with a focus on the hormonal system. You tune and naturally harmonise your hormonal system.

This is the complete Hormonal Yoga sequence according to Dinah Rodrigues. The sequence consists of 21 exercises with a special breathing technique and energy flow. The technique and exercises need to be learned and experienced a little. That is why everything takes place in cycles of 10 lessons. One lesson lasts 90 minutes.
