Course on universal foot pads

This course is designed to introduce universal foot reflexology points and their use in supporting the regeneration of the body. During this two-hour practical workshop, you will learn:

• Identify universal foot reflexologypoints and recognise their significance.
• Work with the points safely and effectively to promote relaxation and regeneration of the body.
• Use simple techniques that you can apply at home for yourself or your loved ones.
• Support the overall balance of the body, improve blood circulation and relieve tension.
• Receive individual advice and tips while working in a small group (max. 10 participants).

The course is suitable for complete beginners and intermediate learners who want to learn about the practical possibilities of foot reflexology. The course also includes printed materials to help you easily remember everything at home.
