Yin yoga in the metal element

We invite you to the first Tuesday yin yoga class, which will focus on an autumn theme this time.

According to the Chinese tradition of the five elements, the element of autumn is metal, which in terms of human characteristics represents sharp intellect, a sense of justice and a sense of what is essential.
