Colourful autumn holidays

The Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou invites families with children to its traditional autumn holiday craft workshop. This year, the workshop will offer jewellery making in bright colours of leaves, pumpkins and rowan berries.

From Saturday to Wednesday, the museum studio will welcome lovers of beads and pearls. "This year's holiday craft workshop will delight everyone who likes to string and create with beads. Get in the mood for autumn with us and refresh your outfit with original handmade jewellery!" said educator Dana Křivánková, inviting visitors to the October craft workshop.

In addition to popular handicraft activities, the museum will offer its visitors a new exhibition entitled Stamped in Metal, which will present the production of Jablonec presses and stamping machines from the second half of the 19th century to the present.

Throughout the autumn holidays, the museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the last admission to the workshop at 4.30 p.m.
