Soul Coach

I invite you to a unique monthly cycle of women's meetings that combines yoga, self-discovery and inspiration from the book Duše koučem (The Soul as Coach). A journey through the four elements and a search for your own vision awaits you – a profound experience that will lead you to balance, inner strength and a clearer direction.

Five meetings at JIná Huta, each lasting 75 minutes, dedicated to yoga and meditation. Each week, we will tune into one element: air and its lightness, breath and openness to new possibilities; water, which opens up our emotions, flow and inner intuition; fire, which gives us strength, courage and transformation; Earth and its rootedness and trust. The last fifth meeting will be about completing the journey, finding your own vision and connecting all the elements.

What else will you gain? A WhatsApp group just for participants - every week you will receive a short affirmation and a little reflection to support you between lessons. A space for sharing, support and inspiration. Final refreshments at the Jiné Huti café, time to enjoy good food, which is included in the price after each lesson.
