Description of the event
Kum Nye is a Tibetan relaxation and healing practice that combines slow movement, breathing and body awareness. Through gentle exercises and conscious attention, it releases tension, opens energy channels and brings a feeling of lightness and inner peace. It helps to harmonise the body and mind, develops the ability to experience the present moment and promotes overall health.
