Description of the event
- A gong bath is a healing sound meditation during which the vibrations of the gong permeate the entire body. These sound waves harmonise the nervous system, help reduce stress and open up space for deep relaxation and self-discovery. The effect of the gong is felt not only on a physical level, but also on a psychological level – it promotes inner peace, a feeling of relaxation and energy balance.
