Description of the event
Hello to all sports fans
Every Tuesday from 5 p.m., we have prepared a group calisthenics lesson for you, i.e., exercises using your own body weight. The event is intended for beginners. We will show you how to exercise on the workout playground and what you can come up with. All you need to bring is sportswear and something to drink :) We look forward to seeing you!
