You can start your journey anywhere – at any manned station, where you will receive a game sheet with a detailed description of the tasks, which you then hand in at the finish line – at the Tourist Information Centre in the Town Hall. Completing at least 4 tasks entitles you to a reward. The stations close at 4:30 p.m., and rewards can be collected at the finish line at the Tourist Information Centre in the New Town Hall building until 5:00 p.m. The reward is a token minted by the Jablonec College of Applied Arts and Higher Vocational School, designed by Lucie Mašková, a second-year student at the Higher Vocational School.

The family route will acquaint participants with, among other things, the history of the defunct Way of the Cross. The theme of the journey will be presented in a contemporary context and in a way that is accessible to younger participants. The original Way of the Cross, which led from approximately the site of today's narrowest house on Komenského Street (next to today's Hotel Praha) to Kalvarienberg, today's Horní náměstí, has disappeared without a trace.
