Description of the place

A small, family-friendly and cosy studio. The yoga hall has a capacity for 12 people. On the wooden floor, which creaks slightly with age, gentle yoga, power flow yoga, yin yoga, yoga for children and exercises for the older generation are taught. There is space for everyone here, from the youngest to the oldest. There is a bus stop next to the studio that will take you to and from Jablonec nad Nisou, Rychnov and the surrounding villages. Car parking is available with great consideration for local residents, on the street or in the immediate vicinity.

In autumn 2024, even the youngest children will find a home with us, with their parents at Montessori workshops, and to help parents, we are setting up a children's group for children aged 18 months to 3 years.
