Description of the place

Small, family and cozy studio. The yoga room has a capacity for 12 people. Gentle yoga, power flow yoga, yin yoga, yoga for children and exercises for the older generation take place on the wooden floor, slightly creaking under its age. Everyone will find their space here, the smallest and the oldest. There is a bus stop near the studio that will take you there and back to Jablonec n.N., to Rychnov and to the surrounding villages. Car parking is possible with great consideration for local residents, on the street or nearby.

From the autumn of 2024, even the smallest will find facilities with their parents at Montessori workshops in the palm of their hand, and to help parents we are establishing a children's group for children from 18 months to 3 years.
