Description of the place

The natural sports area Srnčí důl (or also the Health Area) belongs to the unique sports facilities in the countryside. It was built in 1976-1978 thanks to sports enthusiasts who worked thousands of hours for free. There are running trails (including a 1 km long circuit), a softball field, a sector for high jumpers, long distance runners, javelin throwers or even discus and hammer throwers.

Recently, a nine-hole disc golf course has also been built here.

The forest sports ground, for which the founders found inspiration in Finland, was the pride of Jablonec athletes. There is also a public fireplace.

The complex is located directly below the Kaufland shopping centre.
